We empower women and youth through structured table banking (Village Savings and Loan Associations - VSLAs). We provide training in financial literacy, group governance, and business skills. Members save together and access small, low-interest loans to start or grow small businesses, manage household emergencies, and invest in education, breaking the cycle of poverty through collective economic strength.
